Attention to our Motocross racers: District 23 has passed a few new rules that pertain to you!
1. Plate Backgrounds (Section G under motocross rules) – A rider will be penalized two positions in every moto they run with the wrong colored backgrounds. Riders have a two-week window from the time of advancing to the next skill level in order to provide time to attain new backgrounds.
2. Borrowed Bike Form: A rider is only allowed to fill out the “borrowed bike form” 3 times in a season. After your allotted times per season you will be penalized two positions in EVERY moto you race in with the wrong number.
3. AMA Pro Licensed Riders: Any rider who has their pro license but has not accumulated any pro points is eligible for D23 points. In previous years, they were not allowed to get district points if they have a pro license.
