Motokazie hiring for excavation/hardscape jobs.
POSITION 1: Lead Crew member. Candidate to possess strong communication skills, work ethic and ability to lead in construction operations, maintenance/ shop work and snow removal. Must be proficient in operation of large trucks and earth moving equipment/ tractors/ Cat Skid loaders. CDL is required. Must have extensive knowledge of excavation projects. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and have a flexible schedule. High School diploma or equivalent required. Management experience a plus.
Job Description tasks (Position 1):
• Operate equipment to complete various excavation tasks
• Move equipment from one jobsite to another
• Supervise labor staff
• Assist customers with questions or concerns
• Clean and maintain equipment/ shop work/ occasional welding

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must have a Class A / CDL license / Health card
• MUST pass a drug test and background check
• Experienced with skidloaders, trucks, trailers
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to enter/ exit the driver's compartment of the truck using normally available footholds and handholds
• Must be able to work with or around chemicals, oils, greases or other irritants
• Ability to lift 70 pounds

POSITION 2: Laborer. Candidate to possess strong work ethic. Must have knowledge of excavation and hardscape installation. Driver's license and transportation to jobsites. High School diploma or equivalent required. Must pass a drug test and background check.

Compensation based on experience. Considered starting wage will be $10/hr for laborer. Additional wage considered for experienced applicant.
