POSITION 1: Lead Crew member/ Track Manger. Candidate to possess strong communication skills, work ethic and ability to lead in construction operations, maintenance/ shop work, snow removal and will work some motocross events. Must be proficient in operation of large trucks and earth moving equipment/ tractors/ Cat Skid loaders. CDL is required. Must have extensive knowledge of excavation projects. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and have a flexible schedule. High School diploma or equivalent required. Management experience a plus.
POSITION 2: Laborer. Candidate to possess strong work ethic. Must have knowledge of excavation and hardscape installation. Work will be split between Motokazie/ MotokazieLand and other jobs. Must hold Driver’s license and have transportation to jobsites. High School diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation based on experience. Full benefits offered.
