From MNDOT website: MN 247 in both directions: Roadway reduced to one lane. between US 63 (8 miles west of the Elgin area) and MN 42 (Plainview). The roadway is reduced to one lane because the road is being repaved. Look out for flaggers. A pilot car is in operation. Width limit 11'0". Until August 30. Motorists can expect single-lane traffic on Highway 247 between Highway 63 and Plainview as crews begin resurfacing the road. Parking will not be allowed along Highway 247 in Plainview while crews are resurfacing in town.
