Labor Day 2013 Weekend Prices
1. Weekend Pit Pass $20 *Leave before 10pm on Saturday & turn in wristband for a refund. **Leave before 10pm on Sunday & turn in wristband for $10 refund. You will be charged entering facility & refunded as you leave
2. Monday Only Pit Pass $10
3. Camping Fee $10 Per vehicle per night. Trailers left overnight without a tow vehicle are required to have a camping pass.
4. VIP Parking (includes camping) $22 Per night. W/electric hookup. 2 Night minimum required.
5. Practice Fee $30 per rider (one practice group only). No memberships required.
6. Race Entry Fee $30 per class. AMA & D23 memberships required for races.

POSITION 1: Lead Crew member/ Track Manger. Candidate to possess strong communication skills, work ethic and ability to lead in construction operations, maintenance/ shop work, snow removal and will work some motocross events. Must be proficient in operation of large trucks and earth moving equipment/ tractors/ Cat Skid loaders. CDL is required. Must have extensive knowledge of excavation projects. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and have a flexible schedule. High School diploma or equivalent required. Management experience a plus.
POSITION 2: Laborer. Candidate to possess strong work ethic. Must have knowledge of excavation and hardscape installation. Work will be split between Motokazie/ MotokazieLand and other jobs. Must hold Driver’s license and have transportation to jobsites. High School diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation based on experience. Full benefits offered.

CROSSTOWN CYCLE INCREASES SUPPORT OF KELLOGG CUP
July 16, 2013 (Jordan, Minn.) —Pat at Crosstown Cycle, Minnesota's newest KTM dealer, has increased his support of the Kellogg Cup event, held over Labor Day Weekend near Plainview, Minn. In addition to their already planned KTM display, they will be providing a $10 gift card Hole-Shot award to all races in Moto 1 and Moto 2 on Sunday, September 1. That works out to be an additional $360 in awards to the riders! Thank you very much to Pat and the Crosstown Cycle crew.

*If you would like your Saturday pit pass refunded, you must leave by 5:30 Saturday night. Anyone leaving after 5:30 will not be getting a refund since they will have stayed to watch the Supercross races.

August 20, 2013 (Jordan, Minn.) Be sure to bring your golf cart to the Kellogg Cup race on Labor Day weekend at the Kellogg facility near Plainview, Minnesota. As you can see in the picture above, this really is a lot of fun. The cart ride is only one of the many extras that this event will have. Some of the displays and activities already confirmed are:
$500 added purse divided between 250A and 450A (with 100% payback), plus 14-24A 100% payback, Crosstown Cycle KTM display, Lewiston Auto Chevrolet Silverado trucks display, Subway coupon specials, Plainview American Legion Color Guard, Hayride Saturday night, Watermelon eating contest, Pit Bike race and Golf cart ride
This just in: Sports Hut will be adding $50 to the women’s junior/senior and to $250C. The winners will be drawn from all the competitors in the respective divisions. That’s not all, if you enter to race on Sunday you will be entered into a drawing for a Sports Hut snowboard.
The National Guard has joined in and will have 2 military vehicles, rock climbing wall and many prizes!

On behalf of Motokazie I would like to say thank you to all the supporters. This has been a very long and difficult process that has taken a toll mentally and financially. Today’s approval of MotokazieLand’s 7 tracks, 101 campsites and associated activities is so important to enthusiasts across the Midwest and Canada. Kellogg MX this weekend: Be aware of road construction those of you travelling from the cities. From MNDOT website: MN 247 in both directions: Roadway reduced to one lane. between US 63 (8 miles west of the Elgin area) and MN 42 (Plainview). The roadway is reduced to one lane because the road is being repaved. Look out for flaggers. A pilot car is in operation. Width limit 11'0". Until August 30. Motorists can expect single-lane traffic on Highway 247 between Highway 63 and Plainview as crews begin resurfacing the road. Parking will not be allowed along Highway 247 in Plainview while crews are resurfacing in town.

August 5, 2013 (Jordan, Minn.) — Cities Edge Motorsports of Shakopee will bring the Motokazie Supercross to the Carver County Fair this Thursday, August 8. Local riders are invited to bring their motorcycle or quad and try their skill against regional riders. The Supercross series by Casey's and Coates RV kickstarts practice at 6:00 and racing at 7:00.
As part of the Cities Edge Motorsports package, they will be awarding to following prizes:

85cc 12-15 $25 Gift Card
Pit Bike $25 Gift Card plus complete Kawasaki plastic kit, (2010 newer KLX110 or 110L).
