Great news today for the MotokazieLand Development!  The Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) was approved as a final acceptable document.  This clears the path for the final step called CUP (Conditional Use Permit).  There will be a public hearing Thursday May 2^nd 7pm at the Rice County Government Center.  We need all motorsports fans to attend to show your support!  The specific amount days/ hours of operation will be an important discussion, as well as the amount of races allowed per year.  Please come out to support us. 

 

Poor weather and track conditions cause cancellation of Jordan and Kellogg events this weekend.  We look forward to opening Jordan Friday 4/26 and Kellogg on Saturday 4/27.

Shoot!  This weather will not let us ride.   Jordan SX for Sat 4/20 is now moved to Friday 4/26.  Kellogg may be possible this Sunday 4/21.  We will look closely at Kellogg on Friday and let you know.  Call the Hotline or look on the website.

 

Kellogg update:  There is no snow, the track is drying.  Rain is forecasted Thursday & Friday.   I give it a 80% chance that we will open on Sunday for practice 11-4.  A staff member will give me a report tonight.

 

Today’s pic:  Jordan track looks ready to go!  Kellogg track is shaping up well.  We will keep you updated with weather updates.  Right now plan in both tracks being open as scheduled.

 

 

We are clearing the snow off the Jordan track today. This will give us the
best chance of holding Saturday 4/20 open practice and race. Conditions are
pretty good. Sunday 4/21 Kellogg practice is possible. We will keep you
updated via the website.

Facility/ Track Manager.  Candidate to possess strong communication skills, work ethic and ability to lead in track operations and maintenance.  Must be proficient in operation of large trucks and earth moving equipment/ tractors.  This position encompasses all Motokazie existing events and future MotokazieLand construction & operation.

Track Worker.  Candidate to possess strong communication skills and strong work ethic.  Must have knowledge of lawn, skidloader and other track maintenance equipment .  This position encompasses all Motokazie existing events and future MotokazieLand construction & operation.
