Kellogg weather:  Your Friday update, no rain yet – we are watching the weather.  Sunday looks great, Saturday not as good.  We will update the Kellogg Hotline 952-244-9996 at 5pm and 8pm tonight.  Then Saturday morning we will update every 1 hour.  The track CAN TAKE WATER.
