Approx timing - Pot Luck starting 5:30p.m.
7pm Raffle/Auction. Tickets will be sold all day and up to fundraiser event start. Raffle includes signed Dungey gear, Motokazie passes, FTM full suspension packages, plus much more.
9:30p.m. (Prayer Session)
Dj/Karaoke at end of Raffle till 11:00 pm.

What should you bring for potluck?
If you ride:
Kawasaki- drinks/soda/water/pop/etc
Honda- Something to grill/dogs, brats, burgers. If you bring 12 dogs, please bring 12 buns.
Yamaha- Salad/dessert of some sort
Suzuki- cups/plates/bowls/forks/napkins/etc
KTM- condiments/ketchup/mustard/lettuce/tomatoes/etc
Non-riders/Others - anything that’s not listed

Motokazie Kellogg MX Labor Day Weekend Schedule
9/3 Saturday Practice 12-5
9/4 Sunday MX Race, practice at 8 and racing at 9
9/5 Monday MX Race, practice at 8 and racing at 9

Gates open on Friday at 4pm, Saturday at 9am, Sunday and Monday at 6:30am. Gates close each night at 10pm.

$20 pit pass for the weekend. If you are not staying for Monday’s race, turn in your wristband when you leave on Sunday night for a $10 refund.

Camping is $10 per night per vehicle. Limited “vip” parking available with limited electricity, $12 additional fee per night for these spots. Email Jamie@motokazie.com to inquire on availability. Trailers left overnight at the facility without a tow vehicle are required to have a camping pass.

Activity Schedule
Saturday night – 6pm Pit Bike race (4 stroke only) on the PeeWee track. 3 classes: Powderpuff/MotoMom, 10”, 12”. Entry fee is $5 per class, proceeds to Josh Sorensen benefit. Safety gear is required for all participants.
8:30pm Bingo under the pavilion with prizes.

Lee has planned the Supercross track for the Kellogg Motocross Sept 10^th event.  The SX track will include the Dirty Dozen, Kong Jump then use most open areas by the tractors (outside the first turn). 8 Lanes total are planned, which will make this track a little larger than most. See you for the double header Vintage & Modern MX racing in the morning and Supercross in the afternoon.

Motocross Series Update:  Oct 2^nd date scheduled for Faribault will be cancelled. Sept. 25^th in Kellogg will be the last race for 2011. The series rules will be modified to:

2011 SERIES RULES
12 = Total races in the Series
7 = Minimum number of races required to qualify for the Series
9 = Total Best Finishes counted for the Series
Earn Bonus Points by attending the required number of races listed below, in the same class: 100% of races attended = 20 bonus points, 10 races = 10 bonus points. Championship Awards given to the Top 10 in each class provided the 7 race min. has been met.

 

Supercross Schedule update:  2011 Sept 10^th date will be moved to Kellogg Motocross track with a 2pm practice start, 3pm race.  The track will be modified for a tighter Supercross layout.  This date will be a double header with VMX vintage and current bike motocross event in the morning.  $10 admission is good for both race events.  Camping is allowed.  Oct 1^st race will be cancelled.  21 races would be included in this schedule.  A May rain out in Jordan makes it 20 races in the series so the 2011 series rules will stand.

This week Motokazie is holding 4 Supercross events.  6pm practice and 7pm race for: 8/10 Austin, MN, 8/11 Waconia, MN, 8/12 New Ulm, MN.  1 hour early for 8/13 Neilsville, WI 5pm practice and 6pm race.  We are looking forward to seeing all our racers this week!

Saturday Aug 13^th if you are heading to Niellsville, WI for MK SX you may want to stop at this race 30 miles away:  www.IRaceATV.com is holding a Motocross event at Osseo, WI on Aug. 13^th. Practice at 9am, race 10am.  The promoter will also be mentioning our race to their riders in hopes of a great turn out.  Come have fun with a double header.

Thursday August 4^th Supercross in National, Iowa may be not come up on maps.  Google Froelich, Iowa then travel south on Hwy 52, or Garnavillo, Iowa travel north on Hwy 52.  Times: Gates open 3pm, Practice 6pm, Races 7pm.
